The Hospital Resource Council, an independent group of concerned citizens, presented its findings and recommendations to the MCDH Board of Directors at their January meeting. Included were reports from Rural Health Management Corporation, a firm hired and paid by the HRC to evaluate the hospital's situation, and David Squire, a specialist in Medicare cost reports who reviewed the last three years of MCDH's medicare data.
